Hansco can grind, blend and package products to the customers unique specifications.

Our products are processed in small batches to ensure consistent freshness and taste over time.

Our specialty flours like Chickpea, Rice, Lentil, Millet, Sorghum, Barley, Soya, etc... are milled in a sophisticated Air Purged Classifying Milling System, which has a capacity of over 4000Lbs per hour.
We use a special roller mill for milling Rice & Corn meals.
We use vertical and horizontal stone mills for grinding our Stone Milled Flours.

Our segregated spice milling area, consists of several machines which include, two high tech roller mills which are used for milling Black/ White Peppers, Chilli Peppers, Turmeric fingers, Cinnamon sticks, etc... A wide chamber Pin Mill which is best suited for products that have a high oil content, is used for products such as Mustard, Coriander, Cloves, etc. It is also used for the gentle grind of Cumin, Fennel, Ginger, dried Mango, etc. A micro-pulverizer mill is used for breaking up larger materials before they are sent to their respective mills for the final grind . This results in a more gentle grind, resulting in reduced heat generation and loss of the essential oils. A stainless steel sifter is used to ensure a consistant particle size of the ground product. We use a stainless steel double-cone ribbon blender for our spice blends.

We use a fully automatic servo-driven Vertical Form Fill & Seal bagger for consistant seals, equipped with a servo-driven Auger filler for high accuracies, to pack our various flours.
Our Beans, Peas, Lentils, Rice and other Cereals, which are a big part of our business are packaged in a fully automatic servo-driven Vertical form fill seal bagger equipped with a volumetric cup filler.
Our spices are packed in a Continuous motion servo-driven Vertical Form Fill & Seal bagger equipped with a Computerized 12 Head combination net weigh scale for high speeds and accuracies.

Our consumer size spice pouches are packaged using special barrier film laminates, to ensure that the product retains its freshness, potency, flavour and aroma.

Hansco is proud of its ability to offer Private label, Institutional and Consumer size packaging on its entire Flour, Spice and Bean line.

Hansco also offers a Toll milling/ Co-packaging program for our customers who wish to bring in their own products for us to process.

Hansco has been a leading exporter to the USA , for several Private label brands since 1991.

Hansco is proud to be the sole distributors in Canada, for Taj No1 Durum Wheat Flour, Meera Durum Whole Wheat Flour, and Meera Chickpea (Besan) Flour since 1991.
